BELGRADE DISPLACED

Belgrade Displaced Series is dedicated to promotion of displaced intellectuals originally from Belgrade who have been acting out of the cultural space of the Former Yugoslavia for decades now. The aim of this edition is to contribute to better insight into theoretical production of mobile, nomadic, post-Yugoslav intellectual elite which, now in world’s metropolises, significantly takes part in the process of translation of various cultural codes, languages and styles. Belgrade authors’ who have committedly contributed to general hybridization of universal, world culture researches will be published in this series. It is of exceptional importance to familiarize with and get close to displaced authors positioned in machinery of trans-national culture.
